For hostel owners

Run the network, the catalog and the money from one screen.

Every hostel on SKYNET gets its own scoped view: its sites, its prices, its customers, its earnings, and nothing belonging to anyone else. Partners see the same arithmetic we invoice from.

01

Answer "I paid but I have no internet" in seconds

Search by email, phone number, MAC address or the payment reference the resident sent you, whichever they happened to have. Their plan, queue, payments, devices and past complaints are all on one page, with the actions to fix it right there: pause, resume, extend, grant, or raise their device limit.

02

Stop sales without taking the network down

One switch pauses new purchases, network-wide or at a single site, with your own message shown at checkout. Everybody already online stays online and payments already in flight still complete. When a router goes unreachable the system freezes that site by itself, in separate records, so an automatic freeze can never quietly clear a deliberate one.

03

Settlement you can check yourself

Net revenue, the SKYNET fee at your agreed rate, and what is payable to you, broken down by site and by package, over any period you choose. A partner who cannot check the arithmetic has to take the fee on trust, and shouldn't have to.

04

Your brand, your domain

Logo, primary colour and your own portal address (network.yourhostel.com), so residents buy from you rather than from a supplier they have never heard of.

See it with your own hostel in it.

The quickest way to judge a back office is to watch somebody answer a real support question in it. We are happy to do that on a call.
