You are putting your hostel's network infrastructure in our hands to manage. Here is how we keep it safe and working.

The network
When a plan runs out, the network stops. Refreshing the page does not bring it back.
We install and manage it
We set up the equipment at every hostel and keep it working. Plans, device limits and expiry dates are applied by the network itself, so what you see in the dashboard is what residents get.
Works with your internet connection
Your hostel does not need a special internet line to join. If the building can get online, it can use SKYNET-AP.
Data counted across your hostels
If you own more than one hostel, a resident's data bundle works in all of them, and every megabyte is counted, wherever they use it.
One login for all your hostels
If you own more than one hostel, residents can use the same login in all of them. No separate accounts or purchase needed

Prices, discounts, fees and payouts always add up exactly.
More than one payment provider
If one payment provider has a problem, we can switch to another without residents noticing.
Easy refunds
Refunding a resident takes a few clicks. Refund the full amount or just part of it, and the reason is saved for you.

Reliability
When something goes wrong, nobody loses money.
No sales when the network is down
If a hostel loses its connection, we stop selling plans there and tell residents. People already online stay online.
Real uptime
We measure how long each hostel is online and offline. Short blips are not counted as outages.
Every change is recorded
Every price change, refund or free plan is recorded with who did it and when.

Security
Every hostel is kept private, and the whole system is protected from attacks.
Two separate logins
The resident network page and the owner dashboard have separate sign-ins. Signing in to one does not give access to the other.
Owner accounts are protected
If someone steals a login, we detect it and shut it down. Too many wrong passwords lock the account.
Complete hostel privacy
Every hostel is walled off from the rest. Its residents, sales and earnings are seen only by its owner, never by another hostel on SKYNET-AP.
Protected from network attacks
Your hostel's equipment talks to us over an encrypted private link, so nobody in between can read or change what is sent. We block bots that flood the system or guess passwords, and faked IP addresses do not get around those limits.
